- House Tour Checklist. It is important that you come away from your visit to a potential new home with many things to consider in your next home purchase. This checklist can help make sure important details aren't overlooked in your visit.
- Mortgage Payment Table. This simple table provides your payment amount per $1,000 of loan for mortgage rates from 2.5 to 10%. (10% seems unreal today but my first home carried a 12.5% mortgage rate, ouch!!!!)
- Amortization Spreadsheet. Download it in excel format. Simply enter mortgage rate, mortgage length and loan amount. You'll have a full amortization table you can use as you pay your mortgage back over the years. It even allows for additional principal payments to be entered and adjust your balances and payoff time!!! You love it.
